Reef safe sealants and paints

I'm planning to redo the overflow in my tank using mostly PVC and less plexi. What PVC adhesives/sealants are reef safe?

Also, I'd like to paint the PVC blue to match the back of my tank. Are there any spray paints that are reef safe? The stuff I have is Krylon Fusion, but that was for the outside of the back of the tank, so I didn't care much. Now I'm talking about something that will be submerged in the tank...

I've read (mostly on the DIY forum) that Krylon Fusion is the way to go for painting in tank overflows. The basic PVC adhesives should be fine as long as they cured long enough before submersed
