Reef safe worms?

Are these types of worms reef safe?

I have them all over my sand bed and live rock.

Here is one that my diamond watchman sucked up and spit out on a rock. He sucks them up and throws them out his gills or if really big spits them out somewhere.

The reason I ask is because I have one on my acan. I don't know if the worm is attacking it or eating the acan or the acan is eating it. I might just be from my goby spitting it out on it. I always thought they were good but thought I should ask. I also took out all my coral and gave them a Bayer bath and they all had these in them.

Yes, these worms are safe. They're actually a great part of your CUC to tell you the truth. From the looks of your acan it looks like it expelled it's Mesenterial Filaments to kind of ward off the worm, although it wasn't in any danger at all.

That's a spaghetti worm. Harmless and great addition to a DSB.
