I would call them, the website is going through maintnance so that may be the issue.

They are working under a different name now. Aquarium Depot. That is also their .com address.

This is pretty new.

Do a google search for Reefs2Go before you buy anything. Really terrible reviews from lots of people.

I have gotten inverts from them and those came out ok, but i would never get corals or fish

I have gotten inverts and pods multiple times, and 6 fish one time. I didn't have any issues with anything but the fish were incredibly small. I haven't tested my luck since reading others reviews though.

Yeah, and then there is this question:

Did they just change their name? Which is sneaky and underhanded.
Or
Did the sell off to a new owner? Who may turn the company around and fix the reputation? I don't know and so far, they aren't saying...

I guess if you enjoy rolling the dice, you could assume a new owner. Who may or may not be better.

They changed their name. As a past customer, I received an e-mail saying a dispute with a financial provider prompted the change.
