Seen some interesting ones from the red sea few weeks backs in Jeddah, holding off from adding anymore to my setup as i just need 2-3 more showstoppers...

Hi there,
Well reefkeeping has literally exploded in Dubai and all over UAE. Multiple stores have popped up with regular shipments coming in from Indo, Fiji, Australia... Many distributors for quality equipment are there now, prices are still a bit on the expensive side but much better than before.
Definitely worth a visit and if you plan to go there just get in touch and I'll provide the names of good stores and also contacts of many reefers there who might join you on a store/tanks tour.

They hold it every other year in Dubai, not nearly as impressive as European or USA expos but definitely worth visiting if you're in Dubai. It's been improving every time over the last few years so expect this years expo to be even better especially with the added interest and store in UAE now.
Good to hear! I am in Jumeirah right now and Schedule is packed. But still... Do you know if a store somewhere around thats worth a visit and sells coral / fish / equipment ?

Think fish should be quite close to you but a bit of traffic to get there (dubai investment park great store to visit)
Pets plus on sheikh Zayed is not very far but not sure if they have any shipments.
Premier pets a favorite as the owner is a reefer himself a bit farther away near dragon mart
BPK very close to airport and has weekly shipments.
Ocean waves around 15 min from airport towards Sharjah is also nice
Vinoos fish around 30-40 min outside of Dubai is also worth a visit.
