I purchased a Reefkeeper from you. unfortunately it does not work (see http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=552586). If after trying the suggestions of Digital Aquatics it still does not work, would I be able to change it for perhaps a Neptune jr or something of the like (of course paying the difference).
