Reeflink and iPad?

Has anybody been able to connect to the EcoSmart live through a reeflink with their iPad? I have been trying for days and it never will. I don't seem to have an issue with my wireless laptop. Any thoughts?

When you go EcoSmart Live on your iPad what happens? Are you using Safari or Chrome?

i am on Safari in latest iOS7 on iPad 3. When i go to the website it shows me the login screen and i log in (its auto filled for me by safari). It then loads and i can see my schedule but it wont connect and says offline mode. At times it will continue to try to re-connect and keep reloading but it is never able to and stays in offline mode.

If i remember correctly it will have a popup box (like ive seen on my labtop) that says connection via reeflink or something. It then still will not load.

btw I have unplugged reeflink and soft reset it and still no go. I will try again when i get home today. Should i try chrome?

I would recommend trying Chrome. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service department to further troubleshoot the issue!

Still not working. Safari or chrome
