Reeflink cannot ID Vortechs after QD upgrade

I upgraded 3 MP60s to QD today. I tried to add them to my Display Tank via Reeflink and I cannot get the Reeflink to ID them. I did the factory reset on each one and the Reeflink still does not find them. I also tried to add them wirelessly using my Ipad and I got one to go into the Blue/Green mode to update but never updated, the other two end up in a Blue/Red flashing mode and will not update either. Anyone have a solution for getting devices upgraded to QD recognized by Reeflink?

I cant get my ReefLink to connect. Lights don't stay on Program.1 light went out. Tried calling many times they don't answer. Left emails they don't respond.

Customer service is usually great but they are closed on the weekends, which is why I posted. Call them Mon. & they should straighten you out. I had similar issues with mine.
