Reeflink ESL Connection error

I've been battling this since I purchased the unit. I could within the first couple of days of owning the Reeflink do a "soft" reset and then it would reconnect but only for a short while. I've factory reset the unit multiple times in conjunction with firmware updates, nothing.

I have a Apex running on the same wifi network flawlessly.

I am currently running an airport express base station.

Please help.

In some cases the Apex with interfere with the ReefLink and cause disconnections. With that in mind, please call in today. We will be able to change the RF channel on your ReefLink to resolve the issue.
