Reeflink Issues

First off, I want to applaud the customer service from EcoTech. From my searches you guys are always on top of these threads, so Thank you.

I just got a 15pro, and reeflink last night. Set up on PC seemed ok, got it to work with the mp10 pump as well. However, there are a couple of programming features I'm running into problems.

At first it though it set up at 11:30am when it was 10pm at night. I think I fixed that.

My account online says it thinks I'm in Uruguay, but I'm in USA. I tried to change it all just a second ago and it doesn't seem to be applying those changes, but I'm getting email confirmations that it is?

I also set it up for acclimation at 25%, but it came on at 100% today?

Please advise.

Well I realized that I was on IE here in the office and not Chrome. I logged in through Chrome and it appears that the acclimation is on, but IE wasn't showing that? I'll check these other issues as well.

Well, appears that IE might have been the issue all around. Lol, maybe I just needed to talk to myself a little while.
