Reeflink not finding my MP40QD

Hi, I recently purchased the Reeflink and am having trouble connecting my MP40QD to it. I log on to ESL on my computer and it constantly says that it is attempting to find my devices. When I look at the reeflink tab, it shows my reeflink is connected to my internet. I have the Reeflink right next to the MP40's driver and it is still cannot find it. Please advise.

Ron,

I would recommend performing a soft reset on the VorTech controller. If that does not resolve the issue, we have a new optional firmware update available for the ReefLink. I would recommend clicking the "ReefLink" tab then proceeding through the update. If you continue to have problems, please call in today.

Thanks Alex! I performed a reset on both the reef link and my Vortech controller. Then I updated the reeflink's firmware and was able to find the MP40WD and is now working. Thanks for the reply! I appreciate it.
