Reeflink "Please wait a moment while your ReefLink initializes.."

Just bought this used from a friend. Tried it on my Mac and PC, just sits there and says "Please wait a moment while your ReefLink initializes...."

Please make sure you do not have the power cable connected to the ReefLink when trying to configure USB. From there, remove USB for 30 seconds then re-connect. If you continue to have issues, please call in today.
