First build thread...
Last tank was a 280 gallon starfire AGE tank
Just sold it this weekend. moving to a 2 sided viewable 345 gallon tank.
Dimensions- 66 inches by 48 deep by 26 inches high. PVC Bottom. Acrylic eurobracing. Steel stand.
Some history
started with a 34 hex, upgraded to a 36 corner, upgraded to an 80 gallon, then 90 gallon then a 135 gallon
(more of a live rock holding tank with fish and coral
)
Upgraded to what was to be my final "dream tank"
7 foot by 30 inches by 26 inches AGE tank
Then quit my job, started my own company out of my house and really wanted an in wall tank in the office so out with old tank in with new.
here is sketch-up of the new tank:
The 66 inch side will be the back wall to my office. The 48 inch viewable side will be the hallway to the office. The back area is going to be my fish room (yay for fish rooms!!!)
I have 350 lbs of Marco Rock right now:
My fish are currently in a holding tank. Here is a pic of my rhomboid
