Chair, MACNA 2014
It's that time of year again!!

Mark your calendars for one of the best reef shows in the US, happening right in out backyard! Reefstock will be held in March at the Downtown Aquarium. Vendor displays, local and national coral vendors as well as speakers!

This year there will be a Reefscaping contest underway during the event. You can watch as two nationally known aquarists compete. Quick, someone call the HGTV Channel folks! Surely there is a reality show here in the making. :)

Save your pennies, mark your calendar and come join the fun. Oh, did I mention the raffles?

For me info, you can go http://www.reefstock.net

I'm on kid duty this weekend and I have never been to a RS, is this a kid friendly venue (10,7,3) or should I skip it and try for next year?

They have reduced admission to the Aquarium available at the check in. Have the ten year old take the others through the aquarium, while you check out Reefstock! ;)

My oldest is a boy and i'm afraid he'd trick the girls into "swimming" with some sort of big arse eat em up looking fish...hes not to be trusted this one... :fun2:

RS is free to anyone under 13, and it's only 12 dollars per kid to get into the aquarium (I think)

9.25 per kid, 14.95 per adult, reduced to 12.00 for adult. Already checked as my kids haven't ever been there. Think we might check it out...maybe I can trade one of the cute ones for a frag...the ugly one i'd settle for some sand....
