Refractomer

I bought the 39.99 refractomer from you a few weeks ago and now it sounds like something is loose inside and it is hard to read. I am also not sure that it is accurate anymore I have recalibrated it but it keeps loosing calibration. It just has a rattiling in it and is real dark in it.
