refuge inhabitants

I'm making a refugium out of an Aquaclear filter. The only fish I've got is a porcupine puffer. Could/should I put anything in there livestock/critter wise.

I wouldn't put in any critters in such a small refugium just yet before you really get it established. I would just put in macroalgae and some live sand (micro detritus feeders) and let it establish.
