Refugium flow

I just finished setting up my refugium with about 6" of LS, some LR and chaeto and was wondering about the flow. What is the rocommended flow through the refugium for a 150gal tank? Also, I'm using a regular fluorescent light I got from Lowes. Is this enough for the chaeto? Thanks in advance for any help.

The light is enough. Flow is up to you. I flow about 800-1000GPH through mine all with indirect flow, but that is my situation. I use gravity and flow from tank->fuge->sump. Less flow would be fine. The chateo, pods and micro fauna all grow nicely.
