Refugium...Go Bigger???

I currently have a 29gal refugium setup outside and am thinking of switching it out for a 90gal. My dilema is that its outside. On the positive it gets sunlight to help the Macroalgae, but on the negative its outside getting sunlight heating up the tank water which in turns makes the chiller run more often. Any suggestions how to increase my refuge outside and keep the chiller from working 24/7?

For those not too familiar with my setup...the 200gal tank and sump are inside and my chiller and refuge are outside on my covered lanai, but gets morning sun.

Thanks
Ben

The reason behind it was i added quite a few more wrasses and thought it would help balance out the bioload.

Just to give u an idea of the load, i have a Blonde Naso Tang, Hippo Tang, Yellow Tang, Mag. Foxface, Emperor Angel, Blue Chin Trigger, Pair of Percs, 5 b/g chromis, yellow head goby, 8 wrasses, and a blk molly. See what i mean! If i were to get rid of any, it would be the chromis.
