Ok,
I set up a refugium about a month ago and I don't know if I did it right. I have cheato in the refugium. It seems as if there are other algae growing and taking over. I did clean the sides earlier this week. To my discovery there is a slimy type of alage and it looks another one looking like bubble algae.
Is this normal for the refugium or am I doing something wrong? I did have the lights on for 24 hours now I now set them to be on when the display tank is off. I also put in three naursalius snails in today.
Also all my water parameters are perfect expect phostaptes climbed to .19. It used to be around .02-.09.
