Refugium Light - What one is better?

New to saltwater and just got my 225g setup and cycling. I would like to get some chaeto stated for pods, my sump is a trigger systems 39 if that helps on space.

Was looking at hydroponic lighting for growing plants and am torn between two at Amazon. I would love to keep with the E27 (or similar) LED form factor since it allows great flexibility at mounting options and is pretty cheap to replace when things break. I am planning on running this light when the display tank is off (inverted light scheduled).

15W Full Spectrum Led Grow Light Bulb for Planting

If there is something better you recommend please let me know, trying to avoid going overkill and getting a 60W+ LED system for a small compartment.

Which one did you end up going with?

I've been using option 1 and have been pleased with my chaeto growth. Only drawback so far is I'm not digging the pink hue coming from the sump cabinet at night.
