Refugium lighting and fish health

Ok so I recently purchased a mandarin online and it is tiny. I want to put it in my refugium until it grows a bit larger. My concern is I have a kessil H380 over the refugium section and I'm worried about harming the fishes eyes, I know it bothers mine. I can change out the light for a small tunze light for now if I had to, and I can always run more GFO to compensate for the lack of Chaeto growth.

Thanks

I have one, and he'll eat newly hatched brine shrimp...you could put him in your display tank and just supplement his feeding a few times a week with the brine shrimp.
