Refugium Lighting and Kelvin

What's a good Kelvin for lighting a refugium? I see some nice CF bulbs in 5,500 and 6,500 a local stores. Is either of those preferable to the other?

ya those are good. I've used a 5100, and a 4100. Currently I use the 5100 as it shows slightly better results. Mine are the self ballast, self reflective, outdoor, low heat, screw in, white color, Wal-mart floods.
