Refugium Lighting Question

Once again i need some advise.

What are people using to light their refugium? Especially if your are already dealing with water temperature issue...

We use some power compact lighting at our facility for our refugiums.

Not too much, not too little.

*They also keep a bit on the cooler side.

Maybe some details might help... I have a 40 long that I have made into a 3 compartment sump/refugium ( Copied Melev's ) so its roughly 10 gallons with 12 inches by 12 inches of exposed surface area

+1 on the bulb melev recomends. Work great for me. I have a 40 breeder set up as a fuge , started with a baseball size chunk of cheato about 3 1/2 months ago and I have to prune it every ten days or so. Just make sure if your skimmer is in the fuge that you put the cheato b in a compartment before it so it gets the nutients in the water first. Hope this helps you out.
