Refugium on a 42 hex?

Was wondering if this was possible considering there is only about 11" of length to work with, or is it even worth the hassle for a minimal benefit.

Okay, I'm sure this is possible with a diy approach, but does anyone make one that is 11" lengthwise that would fit a 42 hex. Would the benefits be slim to none seeing that its such a small fuge?
