Closing in on the last plans for my 100g setup. I've never had a sump before, and I'm planning to make use of the refugium section that it has. My goals for the fuge are primarily to have a place to help cultivate pods, and also for some nutrient export via macro propagation.
My plan was: 2" sand bed, rubble rock, chaeto (or maybe something else), with a PAR38 light on an inverse cycle.
Thoughts? Alternative suggestions? It's not the largest area (9"x13.5", 9" deep), so trying to make the most of it.
