refugium/sump size any plans?

I have a 110 tall with 1 overflow box. The tank is 48 wide 18 deep 30 tall. I want to build a sump/refugium. What size/gallon tank should I use? Does anybody have any plans or ideas on what and how to build

I say put the largest size refugium that will fit under it. I just buy a tank and silicone in my own partitions. That way I can adjust it to my needs. I have a 40 gal under my 180. I did the duplex idea off of reefvideos dot com I use to have a 55 gal refugium under my 55 gal tanks. Had great results.
