refugium sump size

I was measuring underneath my stand and it looks like I will be just shy of being able to use a 20 gallon long aquarium for my sump. I wanted to know if a 10 gallon with refugium would be sufficient for a 55 gallon aquarium. I am not planning to do a reef, but would like to add an anemone. I also need to know what flow rate is acceptable for a tank this size, I assume 300 gph is okay.

Thanks

Might be better off with a 15 high (20 1/4 x 10 1/2 x 18 3/4), same length and width as the 10. Going to be tight if you are planning a skimmer as well when you add the anemone. 300 gph sounds reasonable. Another option would be to connect 2 10 or 15 gallon tanks with a bulkhead between them.
