Regal Angel Fin Issue

I posted this over in the Regal Angel primer but I am thinking that maybe it is better suited here.

This is a new Red Sea Regal in QT. I have had it for about one week now. It is eating pellets and frozen. It swims around all day and isnt shy at all. So far it has had one round of Prazi. I am doing regular water changes via DOS to keep water quality optimum and I am enriching all food with Selcon. I will be adding vitachem to the food from today. Within a couple of days of getting the Regal I noticed some sort of Growth off of the bottom right Pelvic fin. It was almost like a clear bubble. After some Prazi and it not disappearing, I did a fresh water dip. No flukes showed but I was able to remove the clear bubble by touching the fin. What that exposed was a piece of bone/ray on the fin. Since then not much has changed. It does not seem to be getting worse but also is not getting better. The bone/ray almost seems like it is broken on at the tip probably from collection. Around the exposed area has a slight tinge of red. I am just wondering if I should be doing any antibiotics or just keep waiting it out. I tried to take pictures as best as possible. It's the bottom right pelvic fin. The bone is actually white and not blue as the first picture shows. I also noticed last night that there is a tiny amount of bone/ray showing on the growth area of its Anal fin. It is really hard to see and cannot be seen in the pictures.

Just to update this thread. I caught the Regal last night and inspected the fin. The ray was definitely broken and just hanging on, so I removed it. I then swabbed the area with Lugols and a q-tip as recommended in the Primer thread. Its back in QT now and I will continue to monitor.
