Regal Angel - Ich, Flukes?

So I've had my Regal in my QT tank for about a month now with a Flame Angel I got at the same time.

In a QT tank, I completed one treatment with Prazipro since Angels are know for Flukes.
I also did a freshwater dip for 5 mins, although I couldn't tell If anything fell off.

The Angels were slow to start eating during the Prazipro treatment...but after, they would eat clam on the half shell. Finally, they started eating the frozen angel blend, along with frozen PE Mysis...and will pretty much eat anything that floats on the surface at this point.

2 weeks ago the Regal developed Lymph behind his eye and had some on the edges of his fins. It never got any better nor did it get any worse.

My QT temp always ran around 75 degrees bc I didn't have a heater....yesterday I added a heater and slowly raised it to 78.

I had the salinity at 1.012 for a week as I was going to hypo in case of ich even though I didn't see any signs.

I woke up this moring and saw the Regal on its side gasping for air. I did a water change thinking it might be ammonia, lowered the tank a degree and added another pump to agitate the water more. I was only running an air stone. I Tested the water for ammonia prior to water change and there was none.

What do I do now? I'm not sure if it's ich that was slow to show since the temp was always so low. Maybe me raising the temp hatched some ich and they attached the Regal? Maybe one treatment for flukes wasn't enough?

I feel he won't make it by morning. I lowered salinity to 1.009 and put half dose of prazipro in the QT. The Flame angel in with the Regal seems to be fine but is in hiding and not eating.

What do I do next? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Unfortunately the Regal didn't make it. The flame is still swimming around. I'm running the qt tank at 1.009 and dosed prazipro as well.
