Regal Angel lump in gill

I have had this Red Sea Regal Angel for nearly 2 months now and I have recently noticed this red lump in his gill. I have no idea what it may be or if it will go away on its own. He came in with really bad flukes but came through with Prazi although I only did one dose as I was hoping to have a Goldflake and was going to do the second dose then. That isn't going to happen soon so I was thinking of doing the second dose now just as a precaution. He is very active and eats great but luckily is still in QT so I can medicate.

I don't think Prazi will cure this. It looks more like an infection. However, if you only did 1 dose of Prazi that is not enough for the oncomiridium that have come from the hatched eggs.

+1 and since the "hatchlings" have now had time to lay eggs of their own, you're looking at at least 2 rounds. It's like starting all over from scratch.

I have not seen any signs of flukes in well over a month but i have no problem treating again. I am worried about this lump.
