Regal Angel --- Sponge

Is there a particular type of sponge (yellow, white, red, ect) that anybody here can recommend that their Regal Angel likes? I recently aquired the Regal Angel which eats Mysis & is very healthy, but I was looking to try to get some sponge from the LFS also to assist with its natural food source preference.

+1 use a frozen with sponge - it would be near impossible to grow or buy live sponge to supplement it's diet.

+2 The frozen angel foods do the job for any angel that eats sponge in the wild. . LA recommends this stuff for Regals too.

all my fish love this stuff including my large angels which include a indo regal (@ 8,5 months and counting), scribbled and false personifer (@just under 2 months and counting) and an asfur (@ aprox 4-5 years and counting) all in separate systems
