I doubt anyone can be 100% sure what this is from a pic, but they are good pics.I'd bet the farm on ich, as typical as any early ich I've ever seen. By "bumpy"; do you mean one spot has several"bumps', or just that the spot rises above the skin? . Lympho has a lumpy appearance, like cottage cheese and I've never seen lympho appear in several areas at once.Do the spots resemble salt, maybe a bit larger? Any fish flashing, rubbing on rock, substrate, etc. Ich is often invisible, often in the gills. All fish will need to be treated and the DT left fishless for 9+ weeks. One new fish with ich is quite easy to cure; only if they are in a QT from day one. Treating several fish is a PITA. Google ''marine ich" images. The pics you see will be very heavily infested fish; so just compare the individual spots. If individual spots spots come and go; its almost certainly ich. Also, 6 days is not panic time, some fish can take much longer to eat. But, ich will also hurt a fish's appetite; the fish probably has ich in its gills. I don't have my notes here, but i think my Regal took well over a week. I had one before moving that took over 2 weeks, then thrived for about 10 years. But, loss of appetite can be a sign of copper-intolerance. If this is Cupramine, copper should be dosed over several days and at a dose less than the bottle suggests.
; but i think it makes sense. I'd read the ich stickies above and learn about the ich life-cycle and treatment options. In re-reading this post, I sound like a 4th grader, all over the map ; but I think it makes sense.
