Clam probably but maybe not if the clam is introduced first. I had a grey belly regal that was in a tank with a H.mag anemone and a squamosa clam. Both were in the tank first. Even feeding the regal clams on the half shell she did not touch the squamosa. Never bothered the anemone. I had the regal for about a year before my H.mag grabbed her. Just got to close one day. My 1 year experience with my regal leads me to believe if something is questionable get it in the tank before the regal. Everything that goes in after the regal will be inspected alot closer.
While I have never had a Regal, did have a Blueface that nipped at my Haddoni -- even with the clowns being hosted by it. Then there is the real possibility of the regal getting eaten by the Haddoni.
