Regal Tang - white spot

Anyone got some advice to treat white spot on a Regal Tang? All my other fish are fine.

It had white spot about a month ago but it went away on its own

Not too sure what to do?

q/t all fish and treat with hypo.

leave the display empty for 6 weeks.

only sure fire way to get rid of it all.
