regals and cupramine

i have a regal angelfish that is eating.... he's been in quarantine for a little while now and is just starting to show signs of crypt. am i ok to dose cupramine for 3 weeks? or should i keep it at 2?

I would perform TTM on angels. Most do not handle copper well.

I agree TTM is better. In any case dosing copper for short time periods may or may not be effective and is one of the causes (along with maintaining concentration level) of failure.

The problem with CP and ich is treatment time may be insufficient due to the extended possible back end of the life cycle. CP, however, is the preferred treatment for amyloodinium.
