Reidi or Kudas

I am about to start my Seahorese tank, it will be a tank that has been setup for two yrs. now My LFS has CB Reidi"s and Kuda"s available. It is a 30 gallon tank. Is one better suited as a first time species than the other and could you explain why? I'm leaning towards the Reidi's. Sorry if this has been asked before, I tried doing a search but it is always unavailable due to high usage. Thanks.

I keep Reidi's and find them pretty easy. Just be sure to get a pair.

Reidis or Erectus are more often available as captive bred, dont buy unless captive bred and eating frozen mysis!

If captive raised, they are both relatively hardy - H. reidi stays much smaller than H. kuda (six inches in height compared to ten) and is a much better choice for your smaller aquarium.
