Reliable Heaters

Any suggestions on what heaters to use and which ones to avoid?

I've found the most reliable heaters are the ebo jaggers. They're also cheaper than most SS heaters....

I have had three Pro-heat heaters go bad on me with in 2 months of purchase.

My sugestion is stay away from them.

Have since purchased Ebo and like them.

I've had ebo jaggers - performed well. I switched to a finnex titanium a few years ago - I liked the remote thermostat. No problems!

I had one aquacleae 100w and it worked pretty good and then
I replace it with two 100w ebo (for safety)with same setting but temp fluctuated up & down all the time. It is stable now after switching one of them with aquaclear heater.

Have only used Jagers and Visi-therm stealths, they are well made and perform great :thumbsup:
