Remote DSB/fuge

I'm going to be setting up a remove DSB/fuge for my tank. I already have a smallish one (a portion of my 55 gallon sump), but it's so hard for me to keep up with water quality in my tank, with 30 fish, including one that's 15 inches long... I have 29" by 18" of space available under my stand, so I'm going to buy the biggest rubbermaid tub that can fit.

Is there anyone here that is breaking down their tank and wants to get rid of sand? I would prefer to use "mature" or "used" sand rather than have to buy all new bags of it.

Biff, Gary (fishaholic) is taking down his 80 gallon and from the looks of it the sand he has would work well for you. He is very phone friendly. Thats why he ask for phone calls.
