Remove fish with Ich?

I noticed my blue tang with Ich last weekend and have been making a trap to get the fish out and quarantine them. The other fish I have in the tank, flame angel has no developed any symptoms. The tang is currently acting normal with very few spots if any. I know the Ich will fall off and come back ten fold, but this hasn't happend and given the coverage of the tang last weekend I'd expect to see more signs of the disease. Can the fish beat this without being moved? Right now the fish are acting normal and I'd hate to risk a move if it wasn't necessary. At the same time I wouldn't want to wait until the fish is beyond hope if it is inevitable that the disease will win. Thanks

with each cycle, ich will weaken the fish and yes it will die without intervention. To beat this you must remove all of your fish to a qt and treat..leave your main fallow for 4+ weeks.Hyposalinity is the best method for treating ich, IMO
