Removing Nuisance Mushrooms - Ideas?

I have rogue shrooms popping up all over the place, starting to mess with some of my other corals. I wanna get rid of them but don't really know how. I heard you can inject them with Kalk, but I don't really know where to go from there. I tried to pick them out but can't really grasp it. I try to scrape them off, but they come back in a few days.

You could buy some Joe's Juice, which is basically think kalk paste, or make your own and inject them with a syringe. Vinegar might work too. Hot vinegar might work better.

If I inject them, do I take the rock out, inject, then rinse? Or inject while in the tank?

Have you tried to chisle under them? Like take off a little rock thats under them so no tissue is left on the rock? If you do get them off, feel free to send 'em my way!

From what I've read, you just inject them in the water. In the mouth is probably be the best spot I would think.

Razor blade or X-acto knife. Get as close to the base as you can, cut them off the rock, and then toss them into a bucket with a little light (desk lamp will do), rubble on the bottom and an airstone. Within days they'll be all healed up and attached to the rubble, then you can give them away or trade them for credit at the LFS. I do this with Xenia and shrooms, it works really well. Just make sure you get all the tissue off the rock in the tank - I use a toothbrush - so they don't grow back
