Removing scratches inside a live tank

I appreciate if anyone can show me how to remove and buff inside the tank with water in it. Thanks.

Tagging along also, need to know if there is any way for a glass tank

You can sand off the scratch with a fine wet sand paper. Start with 1000 grits and finish with 2000 grits, water will act as a clear coat so you don't have to buff it.
