Repair on MH.

Who in the area can repair a MH fixture?
I just replaced two bulbs and when pushing them in the plastic tabs on the ends broke off so now the bulb sits in there a little loose. As for the fixture---The conection end to the bulb(the little metal pieces) do not grab the bulb tight and needs to be fixed.
Any suggestions?

Maybe I can put something over it to hold them in tight but there is a heat issue and don't know what to use.

It's working fine at the moment, but I don't want something to go bad with it while I am out of town and my family will not know what to do.
