When I bought my used 240gal. tank I didn't notice that the top braces that support the front and back glass had been repaired. Needless to say, when I filled the tank and got about 3/4 way full I heard an awful cracking noise. The front glass was bowing out. I drained the water and rigged up some support braces using "L" brackets, plexiglass strips, and industrial glue. This is working great but I hate the way it looks. I want to replace the trim around tank and the braces. Anyone have any experience with this or know where I can get the trim with the braces in it new? I also want to put new silicone in the tank as its starting to look a bit iffy. (10yr. old tank.) Thanks for any help you can give!
