This is driving me absolutely batty. I have a Helios T5 light fixture. The bulb is 18" (I'm pretty sure.) Label on the fixture looks like this:

Model #: HT-13W
Power: 13W
Voltage: 100-115V 60HZ
I have been unable to find a bulb to fit this fixture anywhere. Perhaps someone has heard of this light, or knows a place where I could order a bulb. Or maybe even can get Google to cough up a decent website, but I've had no luck. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me on finding this bulb.
I have almost decided the fixture and replacement bulb are no longer being made... *shrugs* but I'm not sure. I have had two LFS say they have tried to find it for me and have had no luck finding it either. Although I'm not sure if I believe them as one store is highly undependable and the other one I used to work for and the owners took a particular dislike to me for some reason.
