Replacement for a 37g Oceanic cube

As my 37g Oceanic cube is leaking and Oceanic no longer makes the 37g model, I am looking to find a comparable tank. Does anyone know of comparable tanks that are reef ready?

Another option is to get a custom: How much would a 37g Starfire, Eurobraced tank

Dimensions: 24"W x 18" D x 20" H

Who could price this?

did u call them for the warranty? are they gonna replace it for you? or just give you your money back?

i have a 37 gal also, just wondering what to do if it leaks too.

If you drill the tank, the warranty is gone. Look like it's drilled.

There are a bunch of caveats to their warranty.. The tank has to have been used with their stand and installed perfectly level.. Things that should be done anyway.. If you used your own homemade stand even if it was stronger than theirs it voids the warranty.. I looked into it once before...

The sedra 5000 pump on my Euro Reef skimmer also went out and I spent an hour today trying to fix it to no avail. what a week.

How did you try to fix it?

Does it spin at all? Give it a good soak in vinegar and water?

I've know of people picking up "broken" skimmers for cheap, and finding that the pump was stuck because of calcium deposits.

It will only spin when I unscrew the cover. It's almost as if the cover makes the needle wheel too tight to spin. I got it to spin sporadically but could not figure out if these little successes were the results of the way I was positioning the pump or if this was due to a short in the wire that temporarily connected. One time I thought I'd fixed it and the water level in the skimmer began rising. However, when the water got high enough, the pump seemed to lose juice under the pressure of the water and gave out. Has anything similar happened to anyone?
I'll try the vinegar and water trick tomorrow.

My housemate told me my Mag3 was sparking today while I was at work. haha, it may be time to get out of this hobby.

Also have 2 Koralia 1s working very well + 1 more Koralia 1 still in box. And a Seio 620.

Might change my mind if I can get the skimmer to start working.

I think the impeller is bad. I have a 5000 pump body. You can borrow it to see if the body or the impeller is bad. I'm pretty sure it's the impeller. PM me if you like.
