Replacement hose for osmolator

Hello,

I got an osmolator that came with a used setup I bought and the black hose is not quite long enough for my setup. Does anyone know where I can buy some more? The 4mm/7mm measurements are a little unusual and I did not see any at the hardware store and I have been unable to find it online. The Tunze store has it, but you cannot add it to the cart....
