replacing pc's with t5 Q

I have a 48'' fixture with 2, 250 watt metal halides and 4 21''pc bulbs. I am replacing the pc's with 2 t5's. The halides are Phoenix 14k. What t 5 bulb and ballast would you guys recommend?

I would use the LET retro's from reefgeek, the price is good and it has the correct ballast and reflector.
