I'd like to purchase a pair of Stonogobiops nematodes. I know they aren't in stock right now, but how would I be able to make such a request?

We apologize that we do not special order livestock. The primary reason we do not special order livestock is we feel that our overall customer service is affected. Since we are are saving these rare items for a few customers, our whole customer base is losing out on the opportunity of purchasing that item. Our customers enjoy the thrill of logging on and seeing the new items loaded every night. Many wait for weeks before seeing the exact item they have been searching for. The excitement of that customer who purchases this dream tank inhabitant is apparent and we want to continue providing rare and unique items to all our customers fairly.
