Requesting Support

I am not getting any response to my emails. What email should I send to?

I am trying to get support for order 403012 VX-MR-UF20

The Vertex reactor was cracked and I have been waiting for a replacement since July 3.

Vertex never responded to my request for support. I emailed you and you spoke to them and they promised a replacement in 4-6 weeks, with the
lead time due to the Chinese supply. (I actually didn't realize the Vertex
was Chinese stuff, guess this is what I get for not buying on shore.)

Now I tried emailing you on August 30, Sept 2, and today.

While the delivered quality of the Vertex did not meet expectations,
and I was dissappointed they never responded, and that I've been
waiting so long for a replacement, hopefully we can work through this
and get me a 2nd working reactor for my reef soon, the other one is
working fine.

Hi Alex,

I sent you an email back this morning. I"ve been away at MACNA for over the last week, and just returned back to the office this morning. Please see the email.
