Reship Frustration

I have been going back and forth with customer service via email for the past few days (bag broke during shipping, customer service offered to reship) - you keep leaving voicemail during business hours and (due to the nature of my job), there's no possible way for me to make phone calls to return them.

I've sent an email asking for the shipment to proceed as scheduled, but I just got yet-another-voicemail asking if I'd like it to be reshipped or credit.

Is there a rep on this site that can review my history and force the reship so that I don't have to go back-and-forth for a few more days?
