Resizing RAW image

I'm using ZoomBrowser to convert my raw images to jpg. , but they only come out to be 600x400 and I need 1024x768, at least. I don't see a way to make them bigger?

I have not used ZoomBrowser, is it possible you're using a demo version that limits output size?
